We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist / Care Navigator to join our front of house team at The Limes Medical Centre.
As a Receptionist / Care Navigator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and direct patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment
* Manage appointment bookings, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care
* Provide administrative support to the practice team, including answering phone calls and responding to queries
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective running of the practice
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional telephone manner
* Ability to work in a confidential and discreet manner, respecting patient confidentiality at all times
* Experience of working with the general public, with a sensitive and empathetic approach to challenging situations
* Strong IT and administration skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software
