About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Clinical Practice Leader to join our team at Cowley Road Medical Practice in East Oxford. As a key member of our non-clinical team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management skills to support the delivery of an outstanding service.

The successful candidate will have hands-on responsibility for all patient-led activity within the practice, including monitoring and evaluating the non-clinical team, managing and producing rotas, and contributing to practice strategy and development.

With strong analytical skills, you will develop and contribute to change and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in developing patient feedback systems to improve service delivery is essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and contribute to change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support with development ideas for future practice development.
  • Provide a monthly performance report to the Practice manager and Senior Management Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Competent in using healthcare management software and general office software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading or managing teams and coordinating patient services.
