Job Description

The role of a Nursing Associate at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a new and exciting opportunity for individuals to bridge the gap between nursing assistants and registered nurses.

About the Role

This position involves providing care for people of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. As a Nursing Associate, you will work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community-based services. Your key responsibilities will include supporting registered nurses, enhancing the quality of hands-on care, and demonstrating a level of analysis, judgment, and implementation of care that is non-routine and requires significant theoretical knowledge.

Main Duties
  • Provide support to registered nurses by caring for patients and enhancing the quality of hands-on care.
