Sales and Business Development Role:

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a driven and ambitious Car Sales Executive to join our client's sales department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. If you have a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

The role involves demonstrating the most suitable options to the customer, understanding, and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives. You will also agree the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer direct, working within company guidelines. Additionally, you will positively participate in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.

A successful Car Sales Executive will have excellent communication skills, be able to plan, organize self, and meet agreed work deadlines. They should also be able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses, possess a strong work ethic, and be adaptable to change. Attention to detail and maintaining good, accurate quality of work are essential. The ideal candidate should be able to work to tight deadlines to achieve business needs and react positively to organizational and market changes. PC, Microsoft, and web literacy are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer.
  2. Agree the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer.
  3. Positively participate in training and development opportunities.
  4. Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits with customer's expectations.
  5. Ensure that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer is happy.
  6. Maintain contact with customers to build relationships and future business.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication skills.

  3. Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
  4. Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
  5. PC, Microsoft, and web literate.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
