Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospital Logistics Coordinator at Brook Street. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital's logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of trolleys and equipment between Theatres and storage areas.
  • Collect and deliver stock and supplies to designated areas in a timely manner.
  • Conduct cycle-counting and rotate stock as needed to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the on-site manager to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospital porter or stores/warehouse role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with all levels of customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manual handling skills and ability to lift and move equipment as required.

Working Hours:

This role will have shift hours from 07:00-15:00 or 11:00-18:00. There may be a requirement to cover a Saturday shift on a rotational basis, with a day off in lieu during the week.
