We are seeking a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our President & CEO and General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the President & CEO and General Counsel, including managing schedules and travel logistics.
- Oversee document management tasks, such as printing, filing, and maintaining an organized inventory.
- Provide personal assistant services as required, including coordination of travel and philanthropic engagements.
- Manage the calendars of senior executives and facilitate project management activities.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and discretion are upheld.
- Prepare correspondence and documentation for various stakeholders.
- Exhibit initiative and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role.
- Experience in supporting C-Level executives within larger organizations is preferred.
- Proficient in desktop applications with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while delivering exemplary service.
