We are seeking a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our President & CEO and General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the President & CEO and General Counsel, including managing schedules and travel logistics.
  • Oversee document management tasks, such as printing, filing, and maintaining an organized inventory.
  • Provide personal assistant services as required, including coordination of travel and philanthropic engagements.
  • Manage the calendars of senior executives and facilitate project management activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and discretion are upheld.
  • Prepare correspondence and documentation for various stakeholders.
  • Exhibit initiative and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role.
  • Experience in supporting C-Level executives within larger organizations is preferred.
  • Proficient in desktop applications with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while delivering exemplary service.
