Wood Mackenzie Limited seeks an experienced Senior Reward Specialist to join its global team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company's compensation strategy and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Job Overview:

The Senior Reward Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive compensation solutions across the globe, with a focus on designing, developing, and implementing global reward processes.

This includes conducting compensation benchmarking exercises, extracting salary scales by geography and function, and providing regular insight and analytics to inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement global reward processes, including compensation benchmarking, salary scale development, and bonus/merit program management.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Workday team to configure the Advanced Compensation module and ensure seamless integration with other HR functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including HR, finance, and business leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting compensation practices and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice to business leaders and HR teams on compensation-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation data, including salary scales, bonus/merit programs, and other compensation-related information.

About You:

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience working with Workday, particularly the Advanced Compensation module, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • A degree in HRM or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex models and reports.

Estimated salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
