At Wood Mackenzie Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's compensation strategy and drive business success.
Job Description:The Senior Reward Specialist will be responsible for delivering end-to-end compensation solutions, from design to implementation, across the globe.
This includes conducting compensation benchmarking, extracting salary scales, and providing regular insights to inform business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement global reward processes, including compensation benchmarking, salary scale development, and bonus/merit program management.
- Collaborate with the HRIS Workday team to configure the Advanced Compensation module and ensure seamless integration with other HR functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including HR, finance, and business leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting compensation practices and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compensation policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide expert advice to business leaders and HR teams on compensation-related matters.
About You:
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience working with Workday, particularly the Advanced Compensation module, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- A degree in HRM or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex models and reports.
Estimated salary: $140,000 - $190,000 per year.
