About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team as a Care Team Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in directing roles and responsibilities to support workers.
  • Monitor children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being.
  • Lead by example, upholding standards, and ensuring the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements).
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep-in duties + overtime.
  • Full UK driving licence.
