We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team of electricians in both commercial and residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and possess the necessary skills to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all electrical installations and maintenance tasks in both commercial and residential settings.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure all work aligns with specifications and standards.
  • Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits, addressing any issues that arise during the course of work.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
  • Ensure that all electrical systems are compliant with local regulations and codes.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
