About the Role
We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Bicester Village.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement impactful and commercially driven monthly window launches.
- Work closely with store management and Head Office teams to make visual and commercial decisions.
- Coordinate and execute events in-store or externally if required.
- Lead the team to create displays, arrange fixture placement and decorate the store to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure the store is presented in an elevated and premium way.
- Partner with the Store Manager and other team members to plan and implement floor moves.
- Host weekly trade call meetings with Area VM/VM manager and complete weekly money mapping analysis.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager preferably at a premium or luxury level.
- Strong experience in field visual merchandising and exceptional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the passion to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
