The International Business Director role requires:

Market Understanding

A deep comprehension of the video production market, including competitors, pricing models, and market trends.

Planning and Organisation

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and meet timescales and deadlines.

Security Clearance

Valid DBS clearance and a willingness to undergo further security checks as required.

Problem Solving and Decision Making

The ability to think critically and make informed decisions in response to unexpected events or circumstances.

Expertise and Skills

A strong network of high-level decision-making connections within the corporate video production environment, with a proven ability to grow business successfully and deliver new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing new business in the UK and Ireland, with a clear understanding of how video production companies operate.
