Business Development Sales Professional

Dams International, a leading manufacturer and supplier of office furniture, is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to promote and sell our products and services to new customers, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products and services to new customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Customer quotations, price negotiations, and understanding customer needs
- Perform targeted outbound campaigns to promote the business
- Work closely with other internal business functions to achieve results
- Respond to and follow up sales enquires
- Update and maintenance of CRM with customer contact details
- Support customers visiting Dams Showroom
- Keeping up to date with products and catalogue updates
- Work with management on sales analysis of key clients to identify sales opportunities
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have sales knowledge with demonstrable success in a similar role, experience in furniture sales is an advantage, commercial acumen coupled with a business development track record, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office, self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
