About the Role

We're seeking an innovative sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Director - Private Networks. This role involves managing and embedding yourself in a region with a combination of established and growth accounts, across Liverpool, Chester, Warrington, and Crewe.

As a key member of our External Business Development team, you'll be responsible for educating and selling to a network of IFA's, driving sales into our investment products. You'll work closely with Internal Business Development Managers to create and deliver a regional business plan, ensuring your region's strategic directions are met by developing pipeline and closing opportunities.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of high-quality delivery in a business development role, preferably within the Financial Services sector. You'll need to be able to understand a complex suite of solutions and communicate them effectively to Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Run a regional sales strategy to retain, grow, and develop relationships with a network of Financial Advisers and Private Banks.
  2. Work with Internal Business Development Managers to create and deliver a regional business plan.
  3. Communicate and work effectively with Fund Managers and Business Line Managers to ensure products and messaging are aligned with the customer.
  4. Customer obsessed - Always acting with the customer's best interest in mind.
