Randox Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Business Development Director. This exciting opportunity is part of our dynamic and growing Sales Team, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion.

The Role:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Randox Laboratories' products and services, as well as competitor companies, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to build strong relationships, grow sales, and increase the number of accounts.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Represent Randox Laboratories at conferences and trade shows as required.
  • Focus on significantly growing and expanding our pathology services.
  • Manage existing and new Randox Laboratories clients and customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must possess a positive attitude, drive, and work ethic to meet targets.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Be willing to travel and possess a valid driving license.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably within the health sciences sector.
