New Build Homes Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Lovell Homes in Scotland. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
About the Role:
- As a Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the sale of our beautiful new homes in four developments across Scotland.
- You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
- Your ability to work with customers sensitively and patiently to develop trusting relationships will be essential in delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally selling new-build homes.
- An excellent understanding of the new homes market and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
