We are looking for a skilled New Home Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers, contractors, and site management teams to deliver 5-star service during the post completion customer journey.

  • Conduct inspections to identify defects or quality issues in new homes.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors and site management teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of NHBC technical standards and tolerance levels for new build homes.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
