Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Executive to join our client's CRM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, building, segmenting, testing, and deploying end-to-end CRM campaigns. The role will involve line management of a CRM Assistant and working closely with the CRM Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, segment, test, and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement automation and workflow solutions to streamline CRM processes.
- Integrate data from various sources to create a unified customer view.
- Design and execute email nurturing campaigns to convert leads into customers.
- Conduct A/B testing to ensure campaign optimization and maximum ROI.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a CRM Assistant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
