Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations and CRM Manager to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our CRM strategy, managing our email marketing campaigns, and optimizing our customer journey.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness
  • Manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns to maximize reach and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize customer journeys
  • Line manage a Senior Email Marketing Executive to maximize performance
  • Oversee the management of agencies providing push notifications, SMS, and other digital communication services

About You:

  • At least two years of experience in a senior role in email, database, or CRM marketing
  • Passionate about data and able to analyze data to drive results-based decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Line management experience is desirable
