Job SummaryWe seek a skilled Acute Adult Care Practitioner to join our team at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. As a secondment/fixed-term contract, this position offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized patient care plans in collaboration with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to address physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
- Provide high-quality care and compassion to all critical care patients and their carers.
- Maintain adherence to hospital and unit policies and procedures concerning infection control, health and safety, and risk management.
- Pursue Continuing Professional Development and study for competencies as part of this role.
