Adult Social Care Specialist

A challenging yet rewarding role has become available within our Central Community Adult Social Work Team.
This is a 37-hour per week position, with the possibility of adjusting total hours. The ideal candidate will be based at Shirehall, Shrewsbury.
We are seeking an experienced practitioner who can demonstrate a strong understanding of adult social care principles and practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering person-centred support to vulnerable adults
- Collaborating with the community team to achieve positive outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000-£48,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a permanent contract with opportunities for professional growth and development.
