**Job Overview**

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly skilled Adult Practitioner to join our Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism Team. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact in the lives of adults who are Autistic and/or diagnosed with a Learning Disability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a person-centred way to enable adults to reach their full potential, maximise their social inclusion, and achieve positive outcomes.

This role offers a competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including free parking, generous leave entitlement, and access to our employee assistance programme.

About the Role

This Adult Practitioner position requires you to work with adults from the age of 18 who are diagnosed with a Learning Disability and/or Autism. You will be part of a passionate team that supports people to live fulfilling lives as valued members of their community.

You will be expected to:

  • Work in a strengths-based approach, focusing on the abilities and assets of individuals.
  • Develop and implement person-centred plans to support adults in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure effective support and services.
