We are a registered charity dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. As a Positive Behaviour Coach Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

This role requires someone with relevant PBS qualifications, experience in leading others in the field, and strong leadership skills. You will work closely with the operational team to deliver responsive and positive services to individuals with challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and staff training
  • Conduct functional assessments and behavioural analysis
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate PBS plans
  • Work with individuals to enhance their skills and independence
  • Support staff development in skills, confidence, and resilience
  • Line manage the PBS team

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
