Dementia Support Worker

**Job Overview**: As a Resident Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation, excellence, and teamwork.
**Main Duties**: Our successful candidate will assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, feeding, and mobility. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in resident assessments, and contributing to the development of individual care plans.
