About the Job

This role combines direct support on Wednesdays and Saturdays with the goal of helping individuals with learning disabilities achieve greater independence in the workplace.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to develop essential workplace skills.
  • Collaborating with the Shop team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and optimize business operations.
  • Developing expertise in communication techniques tailored to the needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Monitoring and recording the progress of supported individuals in the workplace.
  • Maintaining a dedication to continuous professional growth and participating in designated training sessions.
