Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and manage customer information on our internal system
  • Liaise with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Manage customer queries and complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
