About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host at Mercedes Benz of Maidstone. As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Ensure the dealership is kept tidy and well-presented at all times, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
- Contribute to a happy and positive working environment, working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
- Assist with general administrative duties, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work effectively in a customer-facing role, communicating with customers over the phone and via email.
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, representing Lookers and Mercedes Benz in a positive and respectful manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a warm and empathetic approach, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, as is a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with customers.
