About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care workers, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of our residents. You will also contribute to the development of our service, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with external agencies and professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
