Job Title: Director of Therapeutic Services
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Hennarth Limited is seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Therapeutic Services to lead our new children's home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. As a respected expert in the field of residential care, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and inspiring a team of staff to provide exceptional support to young people.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing therapeutic services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent outcomes. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people and contribute to the growth and success of Hennarth Limited.
- Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective therapeutic programs to support the well-being and development of young people
Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure high-quality care and service delivery
Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for our clients
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in care and service delivery
