Your Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality care services that meet regulatory requirements
  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional domiciliary care services
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across all relevant platforms
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations
  • Candidate must have a full UK driving license and means of transport if required within the territory
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent
  • Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services
Salary

The salary for this role is £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
