Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team in providing specialist nursing support and advice to our residents. In the absence of the Home Manager, you'll take responsibility for resident care, ensuring that we deliver unparalleled service that meets or exceeds statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You'll also supervise and coach colleagues to provide person-centred care planning within a care home setting.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and the NMC code of practice. A background in person-centred care planning is essential, as well as your ability to manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. Your positive energy, natural ability to get along with people, and kind communication style will make you an excellent mentor and role model for our team.

Your Benefits

As a Deputy Home Manager with HC-One, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
