About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of community carers at Premier Community. As a community carer, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to clients in their own homes.

  • Visiting clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
  • Helping clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
  • Assisting with personal care such as washing and showering
  • Cooking and serving meals and drinks
  • Supporting with medications
  • Recording visits live with our digital care planning system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A full UK driving license
  • High personal values that align with our company's values
  • A professional approach to complete our training and ongoing development
