Home Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of community carers at Premier Community. As a community carer, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to clients in their own homes.
- Visiting clients in their own homes using your own vehicle
- Helping clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
- Assisting with personal care such as washing and showering
- Cooking and serving meals and drinks
- Supporting with medications
- Recording visits live with our digital care planning system
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A full UK driving license
- High personal values that align with our company's values
- A professional approach to complete our training and ongoing development
