About the Role

We are currently seeking a Care Specialist to join our team in Ilkeston.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently, promoting community participation, and encouraging social inclusion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily tasks, including personal care, meal planning, and financial management.
  • Assist individuals with communication, transportation, and other daily needs.
  • Encourage volunteering and further education opportunities to promote personal growth and development.

This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, patience, and understanding. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
