Job Title: Children Home Manager Position
Annual Salary Range: £52,000 - £62,000
Hennarth Limited is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to providing exceptional care and support to young people. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Children Home Manager to lead our new children's home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and care. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding support and making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential care and a proven ability to manage complex situations with empathy and professionalism. You will be expected to work closely with our leadership team to drive innovation and continuous improvement, promoting a culture of excellence and excellence in everything we do.
- Main Accountabilities:
Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the home
Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and services, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and referrals
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practices in residential care and support
