We are seeking an experienced funding administrator to join our Student Funding Service at University of the Arts London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate funds provided by government agencies and manage student financial support schemes
  • Provide information to students on the financial support available to them and assess their eligibility for awards
  • Deal with enquiries regarding funds, scholarships, and bursaries, and maintain accurate records
  • Take an administrative lead for specific areas of funding, such as Scholarship Administration or University Hardship Funds

About You:

We are looking for an experienced funding administrator with a good understanding of student finance regulations and relevant application procedures. You will have excellent numeracy skills, attention to detail, and a high level of computer literacy. Strong communication skills are essential to provide a positive and responsive service to students.
