Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join our friendly and supportive IT team based in NN2. This role requires a proactive individual to provide technical support for staff and students, managing daily IT operations, including LAN, switching, firewalls, cabling, and user accounts.

The successful candidate will oversee and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, covering Security, Endpoint Manager, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and system backups. They will also collaborate with IT contractors, support website updates, and contribute to the development of our IT network with clear documentation and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for staff and students
  • Maintain the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Collaborate with IT contractors

Requirements:

  • Experience in network design, configuration, and management
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve server and network infrastructure issues
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Hyper-V environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
