Submarine Dynamics Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Submarine Dynamics Specialist to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for working within a small team to develop system requirements and refine them using modelling and simulation. You will also produce models of the system design compatible with the downstream software generation process, test and assess the models of the design against the requirements, and produce the associated documentation evidence.

The successful candidate will have experience working with MATLAB and Simulink toolset, requirements development and analysis, and Model Based Design and Systems Engineering approaches. Knowledge of vehicle control and experience working with submarines or aerospace, automotive industries is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a small team to develop system requirements and refine them using modelling and simulation
- Produce models of the system design compatible with the downstream software generation process
- Liaise with stakeholders both internal and external to the wider AVC Team, including the Customer and operators
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
