We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's data systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills within detailed analysis and reporting upon school data trends at Primary and Secondary education, as well as exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

A competitive salary package is on offer, including a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role requires a personally organised and excellent communicator, with a proven track record of operating efficiently, proactively and relatively autonomously in a busy, hands-on role. A tertiary qualification and/or 5+ years' experience in a Data officer role is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the school's data systems
  • Ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Providing detailed analysis and reporting on school data trends
  • Co-operating effectively and positively with specialists from outside agencies where applicable

Tertiary qualifications and/or 5+ years' experience in a Data officer role is required. Excellent database management knowledge and knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as experience of advanced working with spreadsheet software, are also essential.
