We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Specialist to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our ERP systems and become the go-to expert for all related queries and issues.
  • Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined workflows to optimise operations.
  • Lead the integration of various business systems, ensuring seamless communication between different departments and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Leverage data analysis to inform decision-making, drive improvements, and optimise business processes.
  • Continuously assess and implement technological solutions that enhance system performance and align with business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships across all teams, creating an environment where existing systems are regularly challenged and optimised.
  • Drive improvements that empower our business to operate at peak efficiency, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ERP systems, preferably within the food manufacturing or related industry.
  • A strong background in business process improvement, IT, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement solutions that meet unique business needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Knowledge of the oat milling or food manufacturing industry is a plus.
