About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Community Intervention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a case load of youth justice cases, working with young people from diverse backgrounds to develop and deliver intervention and activities that support their personal and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: To effectively manage a case load of youth justice cases, working with young people and their families to identify needs and develop interventions.
  • Intervention Development: To work with young people and their families to develop and deliver interventions that support their personal and social skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: To work effectively with colleagues, young people, and their families to achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
