Intervention Specialist for Academic Success
About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled Intervention Specialist to join our school's Alternative Provision. As an Intervention Specialist, you will be working with students who require additional support to achieve academic success. Your expertise in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver targeted interventions to support students with SEND
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Qualified Primary Teacher with experience working with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
This role offers a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, plus benefits.
