About the Role
The HLTA (Intervention Specialist) will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and emotional development of our pupils through leading specific educational interventions outlined in EHCPs, such as Lego Therapy, Precision Teaching, and Emotional Literacy. This role involves collaborating with clinical and teaching teams to ensure interventions complement the overall care and education plan for each pupil.

Responsibilities

The HLTA (Intervention Specialist) responsibilities include:

  • Supporting class teams with planning and tracking of universal provisions.
  • Providing regular updates for ITACs and Annual Reviews.
  • Collaborating with clinical and teaching teams to ensure interventions complement the overall care and education plan for each pupil.

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:Experience working in a school setting, particularly with SEND pupils.GCSE English and Maths.A passion for supporting pupils with Autism through creative and evidence-based interventions.
About the Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including training opportunities and career progression possibilities.
