Crisis Intervention Specialist

We are seeking experienced Crisis Intervention Specialists to support individuals with mental health challenges in a residential or community setting at Allied and Clinical Healthcare in London.
About the RoleAs a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will provide direct support and assistance to individuals with mental health conditions, assisting them with activities of daily living, developing coping skills, and achieving their recovery goals.
Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and advocacy for clients to enhance their quality of life and independence.
- Monitor client progress and behavior, document observations, and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
To be successful as a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you must have:
- Previous experience working in a mental health support role.
- A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
- MAPA/PMVA or CPI certification at an advanced level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
