Educational Support Specialist

CareTech Group is a dynamic and ambitious organisation, dedicated to providing support and care to individuals with complex needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Support Officer to join our team at Southlands School in Lymington, Hampshire.
As a Learning Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with high-functioning ASD/Asperger's, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement effective support strategies, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
With a strong emphasis on personal development and well-being, we offer a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training and support to help you grow and succeed in your role. Our school is located in a beautiful New Forest setting, offering excellent facilities and a unique learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
