Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Hill House School. The successful candidate will work closely with a passionate team of specialist staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviours, and Complex Care Needs.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping children learn and develop skills for life. You will work closely with the care team to provide individualised support and care, ensuring that each young person receives the best possible outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviours, and Complex Care Needs.
- Work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Support young people to develop life skills, including personal care, independence, and social skills.
- Collaborate with educational staff to provide a holistic approach to care and education.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
