Support Assistant

About The Role:
We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Hill House School, a special school and care home setting offering 52-week support for young people aged 11-19 years old, who have a diagnosis of Autism and learning difficulties.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of the professional team of therapy and education staff, working to make a real difference to these young people and enabling them to achieve their personal best.
About You:
We are looking for a strong team player, confident, motivated and well organised. Patience and commitment are essential, but above all you'll be someone with a genuine desire to help others.
You should have achieved an RQF Residential Child Care level 3 Diploma or similar qualification.
