The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,587.60, based on an hourly rate of £12.39 per hour, with up to an additional £1.30 for working evenings and weekends, and 25 hours worked per week.
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Residential Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Farringford Court in Lymington, Hampshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide individualized care to residents, enabling them to live their later life well.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist residents with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting them on visits as needed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A warm and friendly approach, ideally with experience in a care or support environment.
- A passion for making a positive impact on the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Preferrably, a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, although consideration will be given to alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
