We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Provider to join our team at Choice Care. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and promote the independence and well-being of our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding assistance
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies, or outings
  • FOLLOWING CARE PLAN GUIDANCE ALONGSIDE COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • Developing positive relationships with residents
  • Maintaining accurate written records
  • Completing required training

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and benefits package is offered to attract the best candidates.
