Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to provide high-quality care and support to our residents at Barchester care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping residents enjoy each day by making sure they receive the necessary care and attention.

  • Supporting residents with personal care and daily activities
  • Helping residents to remain active and independent
  • Assisting residents with meal times and providing emotional support
About the Job

You will work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional care that meets the unique needs of each resident. This includes providing personal care, supporting residents with daily tasks, and promoting their overall well-being.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $15.00 - $17.50 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to our Learning Academy for excellent training and induction programs, hundreds of online and in-store discounts, an annual purchase holiday scheme, and wellbeing support.
