Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
  • Case Management: Manage resident cases, liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and implement effective care plans.
  • MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION: Administer and record medication accurately and safely.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures.
  • Support and Development: Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and develop services in collaboration with the leadership team.

About You
  • NVQ Level 3: Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to attain it.
  • Organisational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organisational, IT literacy, and delegation skills.
  • Leadership Experience: Showcase proven ability to lead and supervise others.
  • Care Planning Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of care planning processes.
  • Medication Training: Be experienced in or willing to undergo training on administering medication.
